All products sold by Branded Blends are intended strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). They are to be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers in controlled settings.

Branded Blends products are not for human or veterinary consumption, nor are they intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or any other use involving administration to humans or animals.

• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or research institution.
• You will use all products only for legitimate, lawful scientific research.
• You understand the proper handling, storage, and safety protocols required for research materials.
• You will not use, distribute, or introduce products into humans, animals, or the food chain.
• You will comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws applicable to your research.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Branded Blends reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, inability to verify buyer eligibility, inventory limitations, or suspected violation of these terms.

Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer.

Branded Blends ships products in accordance with applicable shipping regulations. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all import, customs, and research-chemical regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain jurisdictions where local law prohibits or restricts the sale of research peptides.
